Your Right to Opt Out
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), similar U.S. state privacy laws, and the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information. Under the UK and EU GDPR you also have the right to object to processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing purposes, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (the ICO in the UK). We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
If You Are a Real Estate Agent
Our database contains professional contact information for real estate agents, collected from publicly available real estate listings and related public sources. If you are an agent and would like your information removed from our database and excluded from future data sales, email us using the instructions below and we will process your request.
If You Are a Customer or Site Visitor
We do not sell personal information collected from our customers or website visitors. Information you provide at checkout (such as your email address) is used only to process and deliver your order.
How to Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Opt-Out Request”. Please include your full name and the email address (or agent profile) you would like removed so we can locate your record. We will confirm receipt and process verified requests within one month for UK/EU requests, and within 45 days under U.S. state privacy laws.
